Who We Are

Henrico Pierce Engineered Solutions LLC, also known as HPES, is a veteran-owned, Black-owned environmental consulting firm serving property owners, municipalities, nonprofits, community associations, land-disturbing operators, and project teams across Virginia.

Our work helps clients evaluate site conditions, manage environmental risk, organize compliance documentation, visualize infrastructure data, and make practical decisions from planning through implementation.

HPES was created to bridge the gap between technical requirements and real-world execution. Clients often need more than a report. They need clear documentation, practical recommendations, organized data, regulatory awareness, and tools that help projects move forward with confidence.

What We Do

HPES provides practical environmental, stormwater, geospatial, and workflow support for projects, programs, and organizations across Virginia.

We help clients identify risks early, stay organized, meet regulatory expectations, and move work forward with confidence.
